Well, I believe in learning and have learnt various skills in my life, however today I am going to talk about one practical skill which I learned around 3 years before. Actually, my both parents are working, many times they get delayed from their work. Sometimes, had to sleep hungry while waiting for them. Hence, I felt necessary to learn this skill to become independent for cooking. Initially, I thought to learn cooking from my mother, but she couldn't spend that much time because of her job. Then, had an idea to learn cooking with the help of YouTube videos. Moving further, I found Rajni cooking channel, it proved very useful for me. Interestingly, her way of teaching is very simple and amazing. Every beginner can learn in few days or months with the assistance of her cooking tutorials. Firstly, I learnt to make Cheese based vegetables and Roti. Honestly speaking, I took approximately 2 weeks to learn about cooking Indian recipes. Afterwards, I moved on cooking Junk food. I also learnt to noodles, Pasta, pizza and many more. No doubt, cooking fast was tough to learn initially, but her cooking tutorials made possible for me. All in all, I felt on cloud nine after learning cooking because whenever I feel hungry, I can make food for myself and sometimes I also prepare for my parents. So, this is an important thing which I learned.
