Q1. What kind of things make you feel tired?
Ans1: No doubt, a few things make me feel exhausted, like if I have to do something that is physically demanding. For example, doing the household chores or even playing with my friends especially as I am a player of cricket so I feel really exhausted when I do these activities for a long time. In addition, I also regularly visit fitness centers. So. doing exercises and weight lifting also make me feel tired.
Q2. Do you easily get tired mentally or physically?
Ans2: Honestly, I do not do many physical activities so I can say I get mentally tired far more quickly. For example, I have to do a lot of work related to my studies, and I have to make assignments, and projects all these things really get me mentally tired.
Q3. Who do you usually talk to when you are mentally tired?
Ans3: That's a good question because I always look for someone around me when I am mentally exhausted and undoubtedly my mother is a person that I always look for some support and I can easily share my problems So, I always seek the help with my mother when I am mentally tired.
