 Q1. How often do you go for run?


Ans1: Well, I am very health conscious person and I do many things to stay fit and healthy and running is one of them. In the evening I go for run in the colony park with my friends.


Q2. Where do you usually go for run?


 Ans2: As I said, I go to the colony park which is not too far from my home. There is a jogging track where my friends and I enjoy this activity. LIS


Q3. Do you like running?


Ans3: Why not, I must say it is very important for us to run. It really helps us to burn extra calories this way, we can stay fit and healthy. In fact, it also helps us to develop our stamina.


Q4. Do you think running is good way to stay fit and healthy? 

Ans4: Undoubtedly, in fact running is suggested by medical experts as well. The way we consume fast food and lead a very sedentary lifestyle, activity like running is very important to lead a healthy life.


Q5. Do you like long or short running?

 Ans5: To be honest, I do not have too much stamina to go for long run that's why I prefer running for a short distance. But I hope with some practice I will be able to take long runs.


Q6. Did you take part in running in school days?


Ans6: Of course, I took part. In childhood I used to run very fast and always participate in racing tournaments and I have won many races too.


Q7. Is running famous in your hometown?


Ans7: Well, people in my area quite health conscious and they are in a habit of going for a run to stay fit and healthy. In fact, my city council also organizes a marathon every year in which city dwellers take part with great enthusiasm.


Q8. Do you like sports associated with running on T.V?

Ans8. Yes, I do sometimes. I am a great fan of  Bolt who is a famous runner I follow him all the time and also follow running events during Olympics.
