 Q1. Do you like vegetables?


Ans1: Certainty, I like vegetables they are an important part of the meal in my country and almost in every meal of the day, I consume vegetables.


Q2. Are there any vegetables you dislike? Ans2. There are a couple of vegetables that I dislike especially the pumpkin and the capsicum these vegetables do not taste good at all. It's not just me my entire family do not like these vegetables, that's why, we never cook these vegetables


Q3. Did you like vegetables when you were a child? Ans3: Well, I still remember, I was very choosy about consuming vegetables in childhood. I often make excuses to avoid eating them. The only thing that I used to consume happily was potatoes but, my parents used to force me to cat other vegetables as well.


Q4. Are there many vegetarians in your country? Ans4: As per the statistics, I believe that India is one country


with the highest population of vegetarian people. Many people are vegetarian because of their belief. At the same time, there are those who believe it is not easy to digest meat products and for health reasons they prefer to consume vegetarian food.



Q5. Do you think it is important to eat vegetables?


Ans5: It is very important to consume vegetables because they contain lots of nutrients that our body requires. For example, vitamins carbohydrates and other minerals and for that reason people must consume a variety of vegetables.


Q6. How can parents encourage their children to eat more vegetables?

Ans6. Well, it is the problem with many children as they do not like to consume vegetables. Parents should tell them about the benefits of consuming vegetables and theyust prepare vegetables in such aanner that attract children towards them.
