DESCRIBE A RESOLUTION YOU MADE IN THE NEW YEAR
-What the resolution is?
Why did you make it? How you will complete it?
Well, it is not uncommon to see people setting new year resolution with great enthusiasm and excitement, however, most of these turn out to be a flop show. I too made a resolution this year and so far, is going pretty well. The resolution that I made to restrict my use of mobile phone. The fact is that like many others I am too addicted to this device and can't live without. This addiction was so bad that I was wasting my precious hours playing games on my smart phone, surfing internet, using social networking apps and others. I used to keep playing till midnight because of which I was compromising with my study and sleep. I became victim of insomnia and my academic performance was badly affected and on my mother's recommendation I made the resolution on 1" January this year that I will limit my use of this device and will try to keep it at distance as much as possible. It was not easy at all for the first couple of weeks but now could easily manage without it. The best thing is rather playing on machine now I join my friends in playground which helps me to remain physically fit and active. In addition, I switch off my mobile at sharp 9pm and after studying for some-time I hit the pillow. Now, I take a sleep of 8 hours daily which is crucial for my mental health and my academic performance is also improving. Overall, I am grateful to my mother to help me decide the resolution for this year.

QI. How difficult would it be for you to save money this year?
Ans1. Since it is my, this year resolution, I would suddenly put my best efforts to save more. Although I am spendthrift person which is not a good thing, I will try to change my habit.
Q2: How difficult would it be for you to get fit this year?
Ans2. It is not going to be that difficult for me because I am already very health conscious and Mostly I avoid to cat junk food unnecessarily and I'am in routine of going for a walk every day. So, I don't think that I will face any difficult to stay fit.
Q3. What you think this year will be like for you?
Ans3. I can hope that this year is going to be just fabulous for me. I will achieve my short and long term goals that are associated with this year and I hope if there would be any kind of disappointment I would handle it confidentially.
Q4. what thing would you like to stop doing this year?
Ans4. As I said I am a spendthrift, at the same time, I am not very punctual. So, these are the kind of things that will try to fix and I will try to stop wasting time unnecessarily and become more punctual.
Q5. Why some people find it difficult to keep up their resolution?
Ans5. I think the main reason behind is that when people keep the resolution they just keep it in excitement because it is the first day of the year but after sometime they find it very difficult to maintain the habit and for that reason again they start doing the things they were doing earlier. I think lack of motivation is the main reason why people couldn't keep up their resolution.
