Well, we all commit mistakes but to reconcile the situation it is important to admit our mistakes and apologize let me share one such experience when one of my friends apologized to me. What exactly happened, my close friend Karan visited my home requesting me to lend my laptop to him as he had to submit an important assignment. He said he just need the machine for a day and will return it the next day. I was well aware of the financial condition of my friend who cannot buy his own laptop. So, without thinking much I let him to take my laptop he thanked me whole heartedly and left. He was supposed to come the next evening but he did not. After sometime I got worried and called him but he did not attend the call. Since it was so late in the evening I thought, he will come the next day. But for the next three days he neither came nor attended my call I was extremely annoyed with Karan's attitude. Finally, he visited me after four days with the laptop and a chocolate. He did not allow me to say anything and immediately apologized He told me the truth behind being so late. His younger brother accidentally damaged the screen and he did not want to return me the damaged laptop. It took three days to get the laptop repaired and had to pay 5000 rupees. He said I was so scared that's why I did not attend the call I hugged my friend for being so genuine. And I said your sorry is enough for me and I gave him 5000 rupees too that he had actually borrowed from someone else. Overall, this incident helped both of us to understand the importance of apologizing

Ans what I believe, it is not a big deal if we commit a mistake as it is quite natural for humans to commit mistakes but it is a sin not to feel sorry knowing your faults In fact by accepting and apologizing people can avoid repeating the same mistake in future and hurting others

Ans4 What I personally believe the prime reason behind is that such people have very careless attitude and are hard hearted. The do not mind hearting other. This is perhaps the reason why they do not feel the need to say sorry

Ans5 1 agree especially with our loved ones if needed we should say sorry even if we are not at fault. It simply reflects that we love and cannot hurt them. For this people should not hesitate to feel sorry. Similarly, if there is some kind of misunderstanding it can be solved just by feeling sorry.
