Q1. How many hours of sleep you take every day?

 Ans1. Well, an average human should take an average sleep of 8 to 6 hours and I also try to sleep for 8 hours for a healthy mind and body


Q2. Do you ever feel restless at sleeping time?

 Ans2 Yes, sometimes I do, especially when I have a lot of stress and in anxiety I keep on tossing and turning and I find it difficult to get sound sleep,


Q3. Do you have a fixed sleep timing? 

Ans3. I can say I have a fixed sleeping pattern. I hit my bed at 10 pm and I get up at 6 in the morning and this way I take an average sleep of 8 hours.


Q4. Are you a day or a night person?


Ans4. Since, I get up 6 in the morning so, 1 consider myself a day person Because I find it really difficult to stay awake till late.


Q5. Do you find it difficult to get up early?

Ans5. I have a routine of getting up at 6 on weekdays. But on weekends I get up late so, on these days I find it hard to get up early. 


Q6. Do you find it difficult to fall asleep in noisy surroundings?

Ans6. To be honest, I can sleep only in peaceful surroundings and whenever there is any noise around especially of loud music or the noise of vehicles, I cannot fall asleep.
